The most likely scenario in my mind is that everyone's head has exploded by
Thursday. I can not imagine how anyone can maintain the intensity of an
event like COMMON for four full days, longer if they travel on Sunday.

I can not imagine why there are plans for main-session activities before
noon on Monday or after noon on Thursday.

actually 1.5.... People schedule a 1-3pm flight, catch the first couple
sessions in the day, zoom to room, checkout and catch a cab to airport.
