The POWER-AS instruction set may not be part of the PPC used for the Mac,
but those instructions are STILL available in the new CELL processor that's
going into the PS3....

so the instructions added to the PowerPC instruction set to support
as400 pointers exist on the PPC in the p5.  would be fun if they also
exist in the PPC on the Mac.

the PowerPC on the p5 runs faster than the one on the i5?  if so, does
this mean you can get more CPW running i5/OS on a p5?
