Try:  Go LicPgm and take option 50 - Completion Status             
  50. Display log for messages
and see if this helps with more details.

Can anyone help me on installing this product on V4R5?
I went to the license program and selected option 11.
Went to the list and selected 5769ST1.
Inserted CD L29xx_01, the system read the CD.
Installation incomplete message on the log.
