I'm not sure if I can word this correctly, but I'll give it a try...

When you add a report break in a query and print the query, the text is
listed only once for the field for which the report break is on. Sometimes,
I'd prefer a full listing such as you see when you do an F5 for display of a
query. Is there a simple way to get the full listing?

For example I have a report break on menu text for a query and display
shows:

Menu User name Menu text
Option

B6 DARCYN COM Menu - File Maintenance
B6 JUDYC COM Menu - File Maintenance
B6 LINDAN COM Menu - File Maintenance
B6 LUPEG COM Menu - File Maintenance
B6 NANCYW COM Menu - File Maintenance
B6 YOLANDAJ COM Menu - File Maintenance

While a printed query shows:

Menu User name Menu text
Option

B6 CAROLJ COM Menu - File Maintenance
B6 DARCYN
B6 JUDYC
B6 LINDAN
B6 LUPEG
B6 NANCYW
B6 YOLANDAJ

I'd like the menu text to written for all the records for the printed query
shown above.

Thanks in advance.
