I did think about that, but without boring you with too many details,
trying to integrate the editing/creation of QMQRY objects with existing
development tools and a key-stoke macro isn't going to make it past my
project manager.

Set up an iSeries Access PC5250 macro - easy to do, and you can pass it
around for others to install on their PC. Record the strokes you want and,
bad-a-bing, you're there.
