Midrange News UCE

I know this has been discussed before, but I just received some UCE from
midrangenews.com. I attempted to unsubscribe, and received this message:

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

Los cambios solicitados en la tabla no se realizaron correctamente
porque crearían valores duplicados en el índice, clave principal o
relación. Cambie los datos en el campo o los campos que contienen datos
duplicados, quite el índice o vuelva a definir el índice para permitir
entradas duplicadas e inténtelo de nuevo.

Babelfish translates it to:

The changes asked for in the table were not made correctly because they
would create values duplicated in the index, major key or relation.
Change the data in the field or the fields that contain duplicated
data, it clears the index or it returns to define the index to allow to
duplicated entrances and inténtelo again.

which basically means their web site admin sucks. 

Fair warning to vendors...if you support this website, I won't support
you.
