That's interesting.  Is that the result of a binary FTP or something?
Normally the system will only show a timestamp as a 26-byte value.

Dates are stored as Scaliger numbers
(http://archive.midrange.com/rpg400-l/200106/msg00647.html) -- dates occupy
4 bytes on disk; Times occupy 3 bytes; Timestamps occupy 10 bytes
(http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/199810/msg01318.html) so I find it
strange that you're getting a 64-bit (8-byte) timestamp value.  Maybe you
dropped a couple of bytes?
