Subject: Some fine points of dealing with Telnet jobs

1. Is it possible for a program to find out how long an
interactive job has been idle?

2. Is there a way to suppress the "Message queue
xxxxxxxxxx is allocated to another job." message when a
given account is signed on when already in use?
