If you have Incoming Remote Command running on your PC (an iSeries Access application), you can run something like

RUNRMTCMD CMD('dir /od c:\') RMTLOCNAME('xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' *IP)

where 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' is the IP address of the PC. You will get the output in a spooled file called QSYSPRT, in ascending order of the create date, the date in the first 10 positions. Then CPYSPLF to a DB file and read it for the dates you want. Take the file name from each record and build a DOS erase command that you use RUNRMTCMD to send to the PC.

Or create a VB app on the PC that you can call with RINRMTCMD.

The STRPCCMD command does not return the output of DOS commands to the iSeries.
