And the one person who said informational questions was spot on!  Back in 
the days of OV/400 I would spend quite a lot of time on the phone with IBM 
figuring out how to do merge mailing, etc.  Fantastic support!  Loved 
those OV/400 support people.

4 or 5 times I've pushed the envelope a little and they try to send me 
over to Consult Line.  Without exception, they did realize that it was an 
IBM bug and sent me back and we got it resolved.  Caution:  YMMV!
