Why Do We Need Software Support


I am being asked by the CEO to justify the cost of the Software Support
contract.  It was a fight to get the Hardware support paid.  Can anybody provide
me with links to information on the need for the Software support?  I am not
having much luck.

Is there a spot on the IBM website that explains what Software support is?
