Real temp storage issues causes your system ASP used to increase.
An "accounting" issue is where the system thinks it is using the space, but
it is not.
As far as the job knows, it is real, thus the CPC1217.

I would change the class.
You could push IBM (fun to do) to give you a better explanation of why it
is happening.
