My mistake: I'm not the one with borderline dyslexia (well, maybe I do, but not in this case): there's a fair amount of online documentation that says the old Unicode CCSID was introduced in V1R3, but my V4R2 Softcopy CD-ROM and the complaints of my D02 say it was indeed V3R1.

And BTW, the online copy of the list of supported CCSIDs (the one pointed to by the page announcing CCSID 1200, no less!) doesn't include 1200 yet.
