That module would be Office Vision/400.  Which died a gristly death a few 
releases of OS/400 ago.  I see by your file extension that you were not 
interested in doing Word Processing anyway.  I would suggest moving the 
document out of the QDLS system (but you better check with your CC) and 
putting it elsewhere in the IFS.  Try EDTF instead of CRTDOC.
