Check with the post office. They used to offer a service to convert addresses into standard format-- you sent them a file with your information in standard fields, and blank fields adjoining. They'd convert your addresses to standard format (ie Street becomes St, etc).

I don't know if the service is still available, or if there's a limit on the number of addresses they'll process.
