Object last used date question

Ok,

I've got a CL program with a call to an RPG program.

The CL program shows a "Last Used Date" of 3/10/05, along with a "Days Used 
Count" of 397.

However, the RPG program has a "Last Used Date" and "Days Used Count" of 
blanks.  

How in world is this possible considering that there is no conditional 
expressions in the CL program?

Note that I've done a RTVCLSRC on the CL program to ensure that the CL source 
matches the CL program.

The "Last Change Date" for both is 3/4/05 which was a *PUBLIC authority change 
on both programs.
