RE: Other RDBMS allow only SQL (was RE: Joe)

Assuming there's no API available, then you couldn't with RPG.  But you 
certainly can with CL, CRTPF/CHGPF for example.

The point behind the post is that the idea that other RDBMS allow only SQL to 
access/modify the DB data or structure is not true.
