Found it!

The Trace Tables were at 12%, plus a few other things that PRTDSKINF 
revealed.

It's not exactly BRAND SPANKIN' new, we've been live on it for about 4 
months.

You may also want to do a RTVDIRINF/PRTDIRINF for details on IFS usage.

I'm curious why a new 520 would already be at 80% utilization.  I don't
think I've ever speced a new machine to come in above 50% even if growth
was anticipated to be minimal.
