You need to use RUNRMTCMD instead.  STRPCCMD, sends the requested command thru 
the 5250 session itself, so obviously it can't be used in batch.

You'll need the "iSeries Access Incoming Remote command" service, or another 
REXEC service running.

Also, may need to call the rtopcb in a batch file that first uses cwblogon to 
connect to the iSeries.  Additionally, if you are going to/from a network 
drive, you'll need to use the PC net commands to setup the network connection.
