Consider using MochaSoft for the 5250 emulation (and for other platforms,
too). We have a client that uses it with M$ machines side by side, even
remote with a VPN back to their 270.

Good thought Charles...certainly a possibility. On further investigation, it
looks like Apple's SMB support is the problem. I d/l'ed Thursby's DAVE
s/w...nice implementation of SMB for a Mac. I was able to access the iSeries
with no problems, everything looked right.
