From the V5R3 Service Functions Reference:

From page 189:

The problem could be failing hardware or software.

It sounds like you need to:
1) Learn how to interpret the SRC's
OR
2) Do you have a SupportLine Contract? Call IBM!

Does anybody knows what this it? I've been looking all around and there is no information about this error code. Is a info type an you can get it on STRSST on the system log in processor subsystem. I have an iseries 520 with v5r3, c4272530 , Hipper ptf group level 38 and Database group level 1. We have to take this system to production at the end of the month and I will like to know what this is before that. Who knows what that could be, maybe is something like a mission impossible message. "This iseries will auto destruct after 5 days in production." :D
