Answer with a "G", which tells the writer that the *STD forms are loaded.
Once the writer knows this form type is loaded, it won't ask for that form
to be loaded again, until a spool file comes up with a different form type.


Answering with an "I" simply tells the writer that you don't care what forms
are loaded, just print it anyway...  The writer will continue asking until
you answer with a "G".
