Have an i5 520.  Have not had any drive failures.  I take it the LED is at
one end, and you remove it from the other end?  They should have had a CE in
the lab.  I'll bet that would have been pointed out right away.

If it happens to us (God willing, no) maybe I'll suggest we shut the system
down for the switch . . .
