We also had this problem on some (not all) clients. The only way I
could get around it was to:
File - Printer Setup
Check the "Use PDT" box.
My pdt is hppcl5.pdt
(look in the C:\Program Files\IBM\Client Access\Emulator\PdfPdt for the
pdt's on your client)

You lose the option to use the page setup after selecting the PDT box.
I don't like this solution but it got me printing again.

subject: iSeries Access Screen Print Issue

                Good morning,

I'm in iSeries server heaven having now that I've added
the new i520 to
my little collection of servers which include an i810
and a little old
i720. I even took the time to upgrade the workstations
to iSeries
Access v5r3, which is also pretty cool. The only
problem I have now, is
that whenever anyone attempts a screen print from their
Emulator, the
only thing that prints are input fields - nothing else.

What even more strange is that my personal setup seems
to work just
fine, although my setup is no different than anyone
else's because used
an install image to deploy against all machines.

I've done my research and have come up short, can anyone
offer some
                suggestions?

                Much appreciated,
                Jim
