Subject
CA400E upgrade failure HELP!

My operations Manager ran the service pack update for CA400E. (iSeries
Access for Windows). He is an administrator on his XP SP2 box. This ran
fine for me before I upgraded the install image to SI16496. He was at
V5R2
version prior to the timed service pack check noticing he was behind. The
upgrade failed so I tried to un-install but that will not run. Next I ran
the setup from the install image on our server and it ran fine. Still he
cannot open any sessions or OPSNAV. We cannot un-install either. I
cannot
find any info on IBM's web site that pertains to this. (Like searching
for
a needle in a hay stack.)

Does any one know how to proceed?
