Unfortunately not ... that would require far too much mangling of email.

FWIW: Spammers are going to ignore the text in question ... it doesn't look like an email address, so their harvesting tools will not pick up on it. The only way someone would be able to pick that email address up is if they are reviewing the web pages manually.
