Hello all. I've looked thru the archives and Google'd the Web, but I can't seem
to find the answer to what I thought would be a straight-forward question.

My question is: How can I specify the table object (*TBL) that will be used
during a text FTP from a Windows client to the 400? We have an application that
requires the use of QTCPASC when sending files to the LAN, and we need to
specify QTCPEBC on the way back up for everything to be readable on both
systems (400 and Windows). Going down (400->Windows) works fine, but coming
back up (Windows->400), the data is not getting converted back correctly.

I was expecting to be able to specify something like:
QUOTE SITE <make table be QTCPEBC>
on the client side, but I can find no such way of doing it. I did read about
the CRTCCSID option, but I have no idea what CCSID to use for QTCPEBC.

Has anyone else come across this?

Thanks,
Chris
