Simple answer "No" - there are very very few APIs that surface a bindable as
well as a dynamically callable interface.

But why do you care?  In most cases I'd want to wrapper them anyway so that
I can create the space, make it extensible, and get back a pointer to it all
in one call.  Being able to bind to the API itself does nothing for you
unless you are going to call it thousands of times a second - which I doubt
you want to do.
