I think it only has to do with faxing _OfficeVision documents_.  Since
Officevision is kaput, I could blow it away, but since I use Fax/400 I
won't.

I was able to blow away QPRFFLR entirely.

Cough.  Gasp.  Wheeze.  I think not <g>.  I previously searched the IBM
registered knowledge base without a lot of help.  I didn't try Infocenter
though.  It's not like it takes up much space, it's just if it's dead weight
let's get rid of it.
