Found out it's the internal battery on the migration tower (frame 2, the old
620).

It's not critical as our 820 system unit does not have it's own internal
battery and both frames are protected by a 10kva external UPS.

IBM is not too worried either.  They ordered the part and said because it's
not in town, it may not get here for a few days.

Yes, but it's not a UPS type battery.  You need a service call *NOW.

QSYSOPR received ONE CPP0734 UPS battery failure message last night at
22:17
but the funny this is we don't have the sense cable that goes between our
UPS and our 820.

Is this an internal battery on the 820 perhaps?
