No, that's not the situation.  The situation is simply a one-time pass
to renumber the file prior to going into production.  It would only be
done again if another menu option was added.

No, but it's clear that I wasn't very clear about stating my goals.  I
tried really hard to indicate that I knew about other ordering
techniques, but that I simply wanted to update the sequence number.
That's the goal.
