I started NTP client in V5R2.

My commands are:
1.  CHGNTPA <F4> -  NTP definitions + NTP server IP.

2.  DSPSYSVAL QTIME  - CURRENT TIME

3.  Change UTC offset - 2 hours in winter:
    CHGSYSVAL QUTCOFFSET  +02:00

4. to start NTP client:
   STRTCPSVR *NTP

5.
. To check NTP log:
   wrklnk ('/QIBM/USERDATA/OS400/TCPIP/NTP/QTOTnnnnn')

6. I saw the following lines:

TCP9136 SNTP Client started.
TCP9116 16/11/04 17:41:51 NTP server UTC time is 16/11/04 15:30:16.754.
TCP9117 16/11/04 17:41:51 Software clock UTC time is 16/11/04 15:30:16.750.

Everything seems to be OK, but actually the system time was not changed!!!.
