RE: Fax/400 prefix

Got it done.  Called Supportline, told me to do RMVFAXCRD followed by
ADDFAXCRD.  Figured the parms out on my own (pretty easy, actually):

ADDFAXCRD DIRCONTYP(*PBX) PREFIX(9)

(relevant parms only shown).  What was confusing me was the "FAXCRD" (fax
card) portion of the commands with the manual alluding to it being one of
multiple cards, not a modem.  After all these years of reading IBM manuals I
should have known . . .
