We used to use FAX/400 and now use Quadrant Fast/Fax. The biggest problem we had with FAX/400 was trying to use 2 lines. When multiple faxes were destined for the same fax number, FAX/400 would try to dial on both lines. Obviously one would get a busy signal if the other is connected to the other fax machine! Fast/Fax will group faxes going to the same number and prevent failures due to both lines dialing the same number.
