Check the library list of the running job to the library list of the person
doing the dspfd.  Bet you that there are at least 2 copies of the file and
one has level check *yes.

One of my customers has just reported level checks (CPF4131 followed by
RPG1216) on a *FILE that has LVLCHK(*NO) specified. I had them do a DSPFD on
the file named in the message just to be sure...

What in tarnation is going on? Could this be a bad PTF?
