   Yes I have seen this.  We fixed it on one machine by doing a RCLSTG and
   Omitting the DBXREF, and then when that was done, we ran the RCLSTG and
   only doing the DBXREF.  

       That seemed to work, otherwise the RCLSTG would just hang.  This was
   done on a V5R1 machine.

 Recovery  . . . :   Look at the QDBSRVXR or QDBSRVXR2 job log (DSPJOBLOG
   command). Report any messages in these job logs that can be used to
   identify the problem.  Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
