Sometimes I wonder who sponsors these websites. Is it strictly the legal
eagles from one party or another who want to drag on the process or
manipulate the voting in any way possible until the result is that their
candidate is a clear winner?

Any who trusts manual counting of paper ballots? I stopped using the
tellers at the banks and started using the ATM machines for my deposits
because the tellers kept shorting my deposits. I've never had this
problem at an ATM.

electronic voting tomorrow

As technology people, your observations of electronic voting
can be very important. If you observe problems please report them.
(There have already been reports in Early Voting where selections
made on initial screens have changed by the summary screen
(kind of like the A/P I'm fixing today...).
A U.S. toll-free telephone hotline at 1-866-OUR-VOTE
(1 866-687-8683) and a set of websites at
http://voteprotect.org or http://verifiedvoting.org,
can be used to report, track, and respond to
problems by thousands of specially trained operators,
attorneys, and technologists, now and beyond November 2nd.
