I've got a V3R7 system but we don't have that PTF loaded.  The CD's are
archived at the other building now but if it's not loaded I'm not sure I
have it on CD.

Alas, it now appears my CD may not be usable.  Several PC's here won't
read it at all, and the one which will aborts after 96% done with
creating an ISO image of the CD. It consistently fails in the same
spot.

Doing EBCDIC scans of the 96% it did extract, I can't find any
references to SF45415 either, though I do see some other PTF numbers. 
So I'm not even sure the PTF is on the cume CD.

So if anyone else has a V3R7 machine and can track down SF45415, let
Carl know...
