We might want to be careful referring to it as a "gender bender" because
that implies it is simply a gender changer, but the wiring diagram shows
that it is not. The pins do not connect straight through as they would on
a simple DB9 gender changer. I would hate to see someone go buy a $2
gender changer and damage their i5 and/or UPS due to the terminology.
