There are always odd possibilities, yes. Having an occurrence of a delimiter 
character within the data itself brings a real can of worms. E.g.:

 1, "Pizza 15", 5 toppings", 5, "hi ya"

Hmmm... a 15" pizza with 5 toppings? Since the string delimiter is allowed 
inside of the delimited string, how is the field delimiter interpreted? 
(Ooooo... what would Excel do???)
