You should change your domain name by using option 12 from the CFGTCP menu.
Changing the host table does not change the domain name. The function where
host name is most important is SMTP, which is probably not an issue for you.
I assume you have a Domain Name Server (probably that windoze box), and that
will resolve your iSeries IP address to a name. So, it probably doesn't
matter if you have a correct domain name on your iSeries...but I would make
it correct...but then again, I have OCD. :)
