Welcome Glenn.
The question is are you looking for the starting and ending position of
the fields in the record format, or just the record format length?

Subject: Thin File Description

I've been lurking on the list for a little while but this is my first
post. I'm a long time programmer but new to this platform and in need
of your help.

I am using DSPFFD to get a file record layout. I would like to get just
the Starting Pos. Ending Pos. and length without all the extra
verbage. Can someone offer some guidance?

Thanks
