HW Maint is 24x7 and is sold seperately from SW Maint/Support
SW  Maint and SW Support  are now REQUIRED to be sold together
Standard SW Support is 8x5 (or whatever is close to that) and for a Fee 
you can get it 24x7

I am not so sure there is.  Isn't Support Line thrown in as part of IBM 
maintenance now?  (Provided you have IBM maintenance.)
