QMNSAVE is called from QMNSRBND.

Note, QMNSAVE by itself isn't going to do much as QMNSRBND is where the
system is ended to a restricted state.

I use a custom QMNSRBND with a command front-end.  So, I that one does
is type SAVESYSTEM.  You still get the options screen from the save menu
21, normally we just press enter.  The defaults set in option 20 are
used.  But by showing the screen, I've got more flexibility.

Also, my command has parms that allow you to chose what happens at the
end, either a restart, an IPL or stay in restricted state.  Along with a
parm for daylight savings time adjustment.
