What, people are still running something prior to V5R3?  :-) 

I 'think' level lucky 13 was the bad one.  Based on WRKPTFGRP:
PTF Group             Level  Status 
SF99530                4153  Installed 
SF99529                  13  Not installed
...
I see they have a level 14 out dated 9/9/2004. Which is confusing since I 
ordered mine that morning.  Keep in mind that the fix wasn't due out until 
this week sometime.  Now, the question becomes was 13 bad, 14 bad or both?
