Might as well follow this up.

Using QMHRCVM with a Type of *RPY and the msgkey of the inquiry message gets
"most" of the message info for the reply message (if it exists).  Good
enough for me.

For some reason, the returned msgkey is blanks.  Seems it should be the
msgkey of the reply message.   Maybe it's a bug, but I have a hunch it's
been this way for a long time.
