Cohabitation of English and Chinese

We were acquired by a Chinese company sometime ago.  Next week we will 
have our first transfer (and likely not the last) from one of the sister 
companies in China to our facility.   She is bringing her old computer 
with her that we are told has only Chinese loaded on it.  Until now we 
have done everything in English. 

Does anyone know when we load iSeries Access on her computer, and when she 
accesses our iSeries, what issues we can expect?  What solutions will we 
need?  Any advice would be appreciated.  (It is our understanding that she 
is fluent in English)
