Nope.

I have an account at netshare400.com.  For my situation,
it's saving me thousands of dollars a year over having my
own machine.

So the cost of ownership here I believe changes, and
PDM/SEU are important tools for me.  To me they are free.  

If I was forced to purcahse another package for
develpoment,  or buy my own box, I'd have to charge 10x
what I do for my software, like my competitors do.  :)
