        AFAIK there is no standard command.
The RTVJOBSTS isn't a standard command so, 
if you have the source to the program, you could
modify it to include additional parameters you 
want out of it.

You need to look at API QUSRJOBI and specifically
the JOBI0200 layout which has the 'Active Job Status'
on it.
