Have you tried changing your power schedule? Even if you don't want to make a 
change, just change one of the entires ahead by a minute then change it back. 
I'm just curious if you would get an error message.

Also, just to be sure, you DO have something in the field for Power Off time, 
right?

Curious, what is your sysval QIPLDATTIM?

Is this an LPAR machine?
